Good Tuesday afternoon! Hope that you are well. How is your day going so far?
I went for my morning walk and boy was it a beautiful morning. Did you get a chance to go out today? Take some deep breathes, like really fill your tummy and breathe out slowly.
In fact, make it a point to take frequent breaks throughout the day. I don't mean to eat or get water, but breaks to either walk outside or just stare outside. I really does help to break up the day and bring your focus back.
So set an alarm clock or any other reminder and get going every hour. Notice how you feel.
