Take sometime today to write down how the first 2 weeks of the month are going. List all the things that you are grateful for in this exercise.
Taking a few minutes to reflect on the 2 weeks can allow you to make adjustments as needed to see where you would like to end the month.
Take things daily and live in moment. The 2 weeks reflection allows you to take a step back and to also reflect on how you have been feeling.
