Day 103 of 2023-Your Hump Day Quote

 "Living with regrets is like driving a car that only moves in reverse."-Jodi Picoult

All of yesterdays are gone so there is really no point in regretting but I know we all do. We are human and we have regrets. Its easy to say not to but a lot harder to just stop regretting. 

I like the quote above and its a great one to remember when your mind is stuck in regretting. Know that you are moving in reverse and for me, it immediately helps me to want to think about just keeping my car moving forwards. 

Keep this quote close to you.
