Hey Friends, good morning, or afternoon or evening depending where you are.
How are you ? Really ask yourself that question. This weekend, spend sometime truly reflecting on that question. Note any feelings that come up and just write it down. Use the time to just do a complete reality check on how you really are.. Don't brush away anything that comes up and welcome it all.
Once you have answered that to yourself, put it away for now. You can go back later in the day to read it over. I think you will find this exercise very helpful. It will also make you think about what you need to do or want to do and its a good reflection and revelation exercise to do often.
