Day 243 of 2023-Up early again

 Hey Friends!

I am an early riser and I know many people like to sleep in. I love the mornings where I can wake up and just have sometime to myself.

Here is a great quote to smile when you wake up.

“Smile in the mirror. Do that every morning and you’ll start to see a big difference in your life.” — Yoko Ono

I like to smile but have not tried to smile every morning when I wake up. Its a great way to start the day.
