Day 267 of 2023-Winding down

 Hey Friends!

Good evening or morning depending on where you are. Since it is evening here and on a Saturday, a lot of us probably have plans to go out and have a good time with friends or family. Nevertheless, it is always a good idea to have a good winding down plan for the evening before your bedtime, granted this is a lot harder on the weekend. 

Even then so I do think that there are things you can do to wind down before getting to bed. For one, try to turn the T.V or any social media off at least an hour of bedtime. You can also try to read a book or take a warm bath. I know on a Saturday this may be doable if you are staying in but if you are out, you can limit your food or alcohol intake a little before you are planning to leave. We can all try to take small steps to wind down in order to have a restful night. This weekend, think about what works for you and how you can make a difference in your life to wind down and have a good nights rest.
