Hey Friends,
So this morning I went to the gym but did not quite finish my workout. I said to myself that I will come back later in the afternoon to finish my workout. The afternoon rolls around and I did start to hesitate. I made up all kinds of excuses about how it can wait till tomorrow, that I am tired and there is still a lot to do at home.
But when I finished running my errand, I changed to my gym clothes and actually went to finish my workout from the morning. It felt so good. So lesson learned here is to always finish what you plan for no matter how you are feeling. Push through the negative thoughts and just get it done. You will feel amazing and will not regret it at all. I know that I will definitely have a great evening and night.
