Day 18 of 2022-Short week?

 Good Morning! Its a short week for me but not for all of you. It was definitely nice to get a 3 day weekend to recharge and relax. 

So regardless of what you have going on this week, don't forget to write your strength works or affirmations. Here are some to get you started:

  • I will focus on the things that I can control
  • People are who they are and I can choose my response and attitude when dealing with them
  • I have power over myself and mind
  • I am not going to waist my precious time focusing on things and people that are not aligned with my goals and support me
  • It is another week and this week will pass to
