Day 26 of 2022-Be gentle

 What do you do when you feel so frustrated with work or anything else? Be gentle with yourself. I am so frustrated with my work but when I found myself talking negatively, I stopped right away. 

Recognizing what's going on is the first step. I know that I am frustrated with the way my manager was handling things. There is not much that I can do given the situation and her personality. Remember the serenity prayer and just take a deep breathe.

Yes, we all have those days and for me its been going on for sometime. Being gentle with myself and talking to myself in a loving way is just what I need. When things seem out of control, we need the internal control. 

So I have been exercising, sleeping well and just taking lots of deep breathes. One step forward and step at a time. That's all we can do. Being gentle and loving kindness goes to ourselves first.
