Its hump day! You made it through mid-week. What are you doing to find your mind this evening. You have a choice to let the day events play out in your mind and please do if you have some good news or had a really happy day, but if you did not have a happy day, then what are you going to do to help you unwind instead of repeatedly playing the events.
For me, when it is a not so happy day, I try to unwind by taking a walk, repeating to myself that the day is over and to let it go, read a good book and most importantly get a good night's rest.
So do what you can to unwind, take a deep breathe and just let it go. LET IT GO!
