Learning to relax is one of the things that is a daily practice for me. Its hard to relax when there is so much going on in our daily lives.
One way is to throughout the day, notice how you are feeling, like is your shoulders tensed or is your neck hurting. We do tense up in our bodies so by noticing it you can relax to relax your shoulders and ease the tension on your neck.
Things become more manageable when we can relax. The goal is to keep noticing how you are feeling throughout the day and keep practicing to relax.
Taking a few deep breathes every hour also helps to relax you. Set aside some time to take a few breathes throughout the day.
Find your own ways to help you relax but really put it in practice.
