If you are at the top of your organization, its humbling to know that as a leader, you can listen and learn.
A lot of times, I have seen leaders have the know it all attitude and can't seem to listen or learn what someone else is saying.
Even if you are not a leader in an organization, you are the leader in your own life so never stop learning. Keep growing, learning and listening. You lead your own life so never forget that.
