Day 186 of 2022- Recovery day

 We were away for the long weekend and today, I decided to sleep in. No gym or yoga this morning. I was awake early and could have gone but I just stayed in bed and fell asleep for a few more minutes. 

Its amazing how your feel after you let your body recover especially after an exhausting weekend. If you are back to work, take it easy and make time for frequent breaks. 

Remember, it is a short week so make room for recovery.
