Take some time this weekend to reflect and review how the month is going for you. Always start with the things that you are grateful for. Look at how your goals for the month are shaping out to be. Do you need to make any adjustments?
What are some things that you would like to do for yourself. How is your self care going? Do you need to schedule time for your self care.
Take a look at how things are going for you and reflect on the month. Set your intention for the rest of the month and do what you need to do.
Most importantly, be gentle with yourself.
