Day 235 of 2022- Deep breathes

 As I wrote in my post yesterday, it will be a super stressful week for me as I am sure it is for most of you. 

Today its a reminder to take deep breathes. Keep breathing and pause frequently throughout the day to take deep breathes. Notice your breathes and inhale and exhale slowly.
