Day 305 of 2022- November

 So what does this month bring in for you? Take the time to first reflect on October if you haven't already. What are some of the things that you would like to see happen? What are some of you things that you would like to do for yourself?

One of the most important practices that you can put in place is being grateful. I know that things have been so busy and hard for me that it is hard to focus on gratefulness. But that is really the key, intentionally focusing on being grateful. 

So use the time to journal about the month and note all the things that are coming up and the things that you would like to see happen.
