Really use this time to journey within. December is a great time to reflect and think about how the year went for you and also to think about next year which is coming up really soon.
Use the remaining weekends to go within and find what you want. Write all your personal thoughts down, your wants and needs, your deepest desires. Really use this month to note all the feelings. I would say use December to dump all feelings into paper. Then take the time to read through it.
You never know what comes up for you and how it can help you plan for the year ahead. Don't waste this precious opportunity.
