As you start the week, think about the energy that you are starting the week with. A lot of us are probably shopping and getting ready for the holidays coming up and feeling tired. I know that I am tried.
Th energy that you start the week with does impact the rest of the week, however, you can change that. I know that if I am tired a goods night rest does help to restore my energy. Other things that also help is exercise (even walking), taking care of yourself by taking a few moments to yourself, deep breathing, good nutritious food or just sitting in your couch and relaxing for the rest of the evening.
So make it a point to do whatever you need to do to help with your energy levels. This will help with the energy that you start the week with. Start creating your own Sunday care habits and see where that takes you for the remainder of the year, it may help to build these habits into the hew year.
