Hey Friends! Here we are in month 5. May always seems to be so long but I know that it will go by fast. This month, instead of writing out your goals, state your intentions. State it out loud or write it down and note what your intentions are.
Some of my intentions this month are:
Smile more
Take things less personally
Experience more joy
Judge less
Look for the good in everyone
Continue loving myself
There are many more intentions that I want to set for myself but this is a good start for a Monday and the first day of the month. I can start by focusing on these and adding on more as the month goes along. I think of intentions as more a emotion that I would like to experience.
Take a moment and list out your intentions. It does not need to be long, even one is good. Start on that and notice how you feel as you go along this week and month. Keep a reminder so you can always refer to it when you need to.
