Hey Friends!
Today is a reminder that it's okay to feel whatever it is that you are feeling. Its okay to be angry, sad, furious etc. It's all okay to not be okay.
Remember that whatever you are going through, while it is not okay, it is okay to feel the feelings. Let it out. Talk to someone, journal be out in nature or scream if you need to. Let it out again and again and then slowly you will be okay.
