Are you dreading the start to the new week? Some of us do depending on what is going on and if you are, remember that this week will pass too.
Try to find a way to stay focused on what is at hand and deal with it straight on. Just getting through it will help overcome the feeling. Things could be worst so do whatever you need to get into that mindset to help you push through.
