Hello Friends!
Today I found myself getting all tensed up about something small. Well, its small now since I am calmer but it did not seem small then. I had to remind myself to focus on my breathe and took some deep breathes.
It was a hard, long day but taking my deep breathes helped me to get less tensed and enabled me to take a different view. It was the deep breathes that helped.
So if you find yourself having a really tensed day, then here is a reminder to step back and take a few deep breathes.
