Hey Friends!
So one of things that I have started doing is just noticing what my thoughts are and my reactions to when I hear or read something.
I may not be able to do anything about it now but it has helped me to just notice things. I tend to go within to see how my mind is reacting and hearing my own self.
So today just take a minute or 2 and notice yourself. It does help to note things down and taking a few minutes to understand what his happening. Keep trying this daily if you can and see how things go.
