Day 158 of 2025- Get Your Food Cravings

 Hey Friends!

What are you craving today? I was craving some indian food for lunch and decided to just go and get it. Sometimes, we tend not to follow our cravings due to health or weight loss goals but I say if you need permission to satisfy your cravings then just have it. 

After I had my lunch, I was so satsified and did not end up eating for the rest of the day. So sometimes its okay and actually good to give in your cravings. Keep your tummy happy within whatever your limits are.
