Hey Friends,
Hope you all are having a good weekend. I know that mine is extremely stressful with the world events and other things.
The one thing that I am finding helpful during these moments is to just take a minute to breathe. I am trying to do deep breathes every minute when I feel the stress levels going high. This is helped me bring the stress levels down so I can focus more on what I need to do.
So the tip of the day is to do one minute deep breathing exercise every time you remember or create a reminder to take the time to breathe.
