Day 210 of 2024- A lesson

 Hey Friends,

The one thing I think is important for leadership is to be more mindful in their words whether it is live or over email.

Since I am away, I texted my leader to let her know about my return plans. She immediately responded with things that are upcoming on the calendar instead of even asking how I am doing or maybe even just waiting till I am back since I really can't do much where I am. But that was not the case. 

So you really can't control how the leaders lead but I did choose to not let her affect me in anyway. This was a lesson about character and now I know how to respond. Friends, this is also life right. You really can't help how people are but you can truly control you.
