Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how our routines often follow the same patterns day after day. It got me thinking: What’s one thing I can do differently today? If I were to break the mold, even slightly, what would that look like?
A lot of ideas came to mind, but for today, my focus is on staying calm. It’s going to be a hectic weekend, and I know that staying calm is the key to navigating it all. For me, that means accepting that I might stay up later than usual, get less sleep, and still remain steady. A calming ritual—like savoring a warm cup of tea—can make all the difference, helping me move through the chaos with ease.
So, friends, I pose the same question to you: What’s the one thing you’ll do differently today? Whatever it is, make it intentional and meaningful.
