Day 35 of 2024- Social Media Usage

Hi Friends,

I've recently realized that I waste a significant amount of time scrolling through social media during work breaks, and today, I finally reached my breaking point—I just had to put my phone down. It seems like the same content keeps cycling through my feed, and I've grown incredibly tired of it. If you haven't experienced this sense of social media fatigue, I highly recommend taking intentional breaks during work and setting strict limits on your social media usage.

While I do spend a few minutes each day catching up on current events and news, I find that social media often just leaves me feeling more bored rather than engaged or informed. Reducing my social media intake has started to feel like a necessary step towards better mental clarity and productivity.
