Day 58 of 2025- Minimizing Disruptions

Hi Friends,

One thing I'm working on is minimizing disruptions in my daily routine. I love my morning coffee, hitting the gym, and having time to myself, especially waking up super early. Connecting with myself each morning is important, so I make an effort to reduce any disruptions the night before to ensure my mornings start off well. This often means saying no to very late nights on weekends, and I'm perfectly fine with that.

What are some of the things you do to minimize disruptions in your life?
