Monday is proof that you survived last week and you're strong enough to take on this one (with coffee, of course).
Mondays can feel like a lot especially after you have had Friday off. The inbox is full, the meetings are stacked, and your to-do list somehow grew over the weekend.
But here’s the good news: if you’re here, you’ve already made it through the hard parts before. And you’ve got everything you need to do it again just maybe with a little more caffeine and a clearer plan.
Take a deep breath. Prioritize what really matters. And remind yourself that progress isn’t about doing everything, it’s about doing the next right thing.
