The standard I set for myself today will shape the life I live tomorrow. That’s why raising the bar isn’t optional, it’s the foundation of self-leadership and being a CSO.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about direction. I choose to demand more of myself, not because it’s easy, but because it’s right. That’s what moral responsibility looks like: refusing to settle, refusing to coast, refusing to let today slip away without growth.
The question to ask every morning is: What does raising the bar look like for me today? And then go live it.
