Day 266 of 2025-Lessons From Fall Equinox

 Hi Friends,

So yesterday was also equal day and equal night. It's fascinating how nature works and shows us all these fantastic things. The equal day and night comes only in the fall and spring, these precious moments called equinoxes when our planet finds perfect balance between light and darkness, reminding us that harmony isn't just possible, it's natural.

Just as the Earth tilts into equilibrium twice a year, we too need to find our own points of balance. The autumn equinox teaches us that there's wisdom in honoring both our active, productive hours and our quiet, restorative ones. We often push ourselves toward endless daylight, constant doing, achieving, and striving but nature shows us that darkness has equal value.

It's in those quieter moments that we recharge, reflect, and prepare for what's ahead. Perhaps the most profound self-care lesson from yesterday's equinox is this: balance isn't about perfection, it's about recognizing that both our light and shadow sides deserve equal respect and attention in the rhythm of our lives. And this balance? It's essential leadership leading yourself first. You can't guide others effectively if you haven't learned to honor your own seasons of doing and being, your own need for both illumination and rest.

Have a great Tuesday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Monita
