Day 365 of 2025- Goodbye 2025

 Hi Friends,

Happy last day of 2025, and I hope you all have a wonderful New Year’s Eve. I am so grateful for those who have read my blog, and I am thankful for being able to write every single day. I write what’s in my heart and hope it has brought you inspiration, smiles, or even just a moment of reflection.

I am also grateful for this year. It has definitely been a year of shedding and realizing many things. I wish all of you the very best and hope that you end the year today with a smile, joy, and a sense of looking forward. Take the lessons of 2025 into 2026, but keep your eyes on what’s ahead.

Be grateful, and know that no matter what, you made it through this year—and you will make it through the next, and many more to come. Today, make a wish, pray if that’s something you do, or simply take a few quiet minutes to yourself and reflect. You have come far, my friend yes, you have.

Goodbye, 2025. Thank you for everything.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 364 of 2025- A Lot Of Thanks

 Hi Friends,

Today is the last day before New Year’s Eve, a quiet pause before the celebrations begin. It can feel emotional to stand at the edge of a new year, looking back at everything the last one carried with it. For some, it’s a year filled with wins, growth, and unforgettable moments. For others, it may be a year they’re ready to close the door on. Either way, today is a powerful moment to slow down and be thankful.

Before the countdowns, the fireworks, and the excitement of tomorrow night, take a moment to reflect. Think about what this year taught you. Think about the challenges that shaped you, the people who supported you, and the small moments that quietly mattered more than you realized at the time. Even the difficult days had lessons, strength, or clarity hidden inside them.

Gratitude doesn’t mean pretending the year was perfect. It means acknowledging that you made it through. You grew, even if it didn’t feel like it. You showed up in ways you may not give yourself enough credit for. Sometimes being thankful is simply recognizing your resilience.

Friends, whether you’re feeling emotional, relieved, hopeful, or ready to move on, allow yourself to truly savor today. Sit with the memories. Appreciate the progress, no matter how small it seemed. Thank the people who stood by you and don’t forget to thank yourself.

As we step into a new year tomorrow, let gratitude be the bridge between what was and what’s coming next. Ending the year with a thankful heart creates space for hope, growth, and new beginnings. Take this moment. Breathe it in. And be grateful you deserve that pause before turning the page.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 363 of 2025- Monday's Rush

 Hi Friends,

Today feels like a bit of a rush but not the productive kind.

There’s a strange sense of urgency in the air. Long waits for email replies. Tasks that feel important but can’t quite move forward. People rushing to get things done before the year ends, while at the same time, so many are still off, checked out, or mentally already in the new year.

It’s an odd tension the pressure to finish mixed with the reality that things aren’t fully working yet.

You might feel it too: the urge to clear inboxes, wrap things up, tie loose ends, and somehow “close” the year perfectly. Yet progress feels slow. Responses are delayed. Momentum is inconsistent. It can feel frustrating, like pushing forward while the world is half-paused.

And underneath all of that is excitement.

Excitement for what’s coming. For a fresh start. For the idea that the calendar turning over might bring clarity, motivation, or relief. Even if nothing magically changes, the promise of a new year still carries energy.

So how do you move through a day like this?

Maybe today isn’t about forcing productivity or racing against an invisible clock. Maybe it’s about acknowledging the transition allowing yourself to do what can be done, and letting go of what can’t. Some things will wait. Some conversations will resume next week. Some clarity will come later.

Ask yourself:

  • What truly needs my attention today?

  • What am I rushing that doesn’t actually require urgency?

  • What can I release instead of carrying into the new year?

This in-between day doesn’t need to be perfect. It doesn’t need to be fully efficient. It just needs to be honest.

If you’re feeling restless, that’s okay. If you’re feeling unmotivated, that’s okay too. This space between years is messy, undefined, and unfinished and maybe that’s exactly what it’s meant to be.

As the new year approaches, give yourself permission to slow the rush internally, even if the world around you feels fast. You don’t have to arrive at January 1st fully figured out. Sometimes, simply arriving is enough.

Wherever today finds you waiting, rushing, reflecting, or excited let it be part of the transition, not something you have to fight against.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 362 of 2025- Last Sunday Of 2025

 Hi Friends,

Today is the last Sunday of the year.

Unlike other days, Sundays often carry a quiet weight. For many of us, it’s the one day that truly belongs to us the day meant for slowing down, resetting, and returning to ourselves before the week begins again. And today, that meaning feels even deeper as it closes not just a week, but an entire year.

The world feels softer on Sundays. The noise turns down. The urgency eases. And yet, so often, we let this day slip away filled with scrolling, worrying about Monday, or wishing it were longer instead of fully living it.

So pause for a moment and ask yourself:
What do Sundays mean to you?

Is Sunday your rest day? Your reflection day? A spiritual day? A creative day? A day for family, solitude, or simple comfort? Or has it become a day of catching up, bracing yourself, or feeling the weight of what’s ahead?

This last Sunday invites honesty. Write it down. What do you want Sundays to feel like next year? Calm? Grounded? Restorative? Intentional? And how often did your Sundays actually feel that way this year?

For most of us, Sunday is the only true day to unwind the one day without expectations, deadlines, or alarms. That makes it precious. How we use it matters. Not because it has to be productive, but because it has the power to shape how we enter every week.

As you reflect on the Sundays of this past year, ask yourself:

  • Did I allow myself to rest without guilt?

  • Did I use Sundays to reconnect with myself?

  • Did I protect this day, or did I give it away?

Planning to use Sundays more wisely doesn’t have to start in January. It can start today with how you spend these hours, how gently you treat yourself, and how intentionally you close the year.

Instead of rushing through this Sunday or letting it dissolve into anxiety about tomorrow, try to be present with it. Unplug for a while. Go for a quiet walk. Sit with a journal. Do something that feels grounding rather than distracting.

Let this last Sunday be a promise to yourself not a strict plan, but an intention. A reminder that rest is not wasted time. That slowing down is not falling behind. And that honoring one day for yourself can change how an entire year feels.

Before the calendar turns and the week begins again, ask yourself one final question:
How do I want to show up for myself on Sundays next year and how can I begin that today?

Let this Sunday be gentle. Let it be yours.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 361of 2025- Happy Saturday

 Hi Friends,

Today feels like a pause.

It’s the last Saturday of the year, a day that sits quietly between everything that has been and everything that’s about to begin. The rush of the holidays has softened. The decorations are still up, the lights still glow, and yet the year hasn’t quite turned the page. Time feels slower here, almost suspended, as if it’s giving us permission to rest before moving on.

There’s something special about a Saturday like this. It isn’t asking you to celebrate loudly or to rush into resolutions. It isn’t demanding productivity or change. Instead, it offers space, space to breathe, to reflect, and to simply be present in the final stretch of the year.

How are you feeling right now?

Not how you think you should feel, but how you actually feel as this year comes to a close. Are you relieved? Grateful? Exhausted? Proud? Maybe a mix of everything. There’s no wrong answer here. This last Saturday invites honesty, not judgment.

As you move through today, notice how you’re spending it. Are you resting, catching up, avoiding, reflecting? Are you rushing through it, or allowing yourself to move slowly? How do you want to carry yourself through these final hours of the year with pressure, or with peace?

This is also a moment to look back gently. Saturdays are often the days we associate with freedom, time off, rest, creativity, connection. When you think about all the Saturdays this year, how did they serve you? Did they restore you, or did they slip by unnoticed? Did you use them to recharge, or did they become just another day filled with obligations?

If you’re honest, could you use your Saturdays more wisely next year not by doing more, but by being more intentional? More present? More kind to yourself?

Before everything resets, before resolutions, routines, and responsibilities take over sit with this in-between space. Light a candle. Take a deep breath. Write something down. Or simply do nothing at all. The calm between endings and beginnings often holds the most clarity, if we’re willing to listen.

Let this last Saturday of the year be soft. Let it be unproductive. Let it be reflective. Sometimes, the most meaningful way to prepare for what’s next is to fully honor where you are right now.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 360 of 2025- The Next Day

 Hi Friends,

Even though Christmas Day has passed and everyone is already looking ahead to the New Year, I say we should still savor the holidays. Hold on to the memories of yesterday and keep them fresh in your mind.

There is something special about looking back and carrying the small moments with you the smell of cookies baking, the warmth of shared meals, and the sound of laughter filling the room. These memories matter more than we realize.

You never know how useful they might become during the first week of January, when the stresses of work return and the magic of the season feels far away.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 359 of 2025- Merry Christmas

 Hi Friends,

Merry Christmas! I hope it’s truly a merry one for you. We all deserve to have a great holiday, whether we officially celebrate it or not.

This is such a meaningful time of year to reflect on beginnings and endings. We are close to ending the year, yet this day also represents new beginnings. Can we have both? I believe we can.

We all experience this magical season in our own special ways with family, friends, good food, warmth, feel-good songs, hope, light, and a touch of magic.

It’s new and familiar, marked by endings, shaped by new beginnings, and filled with magical choices.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 358 of 2025- Christmas Eve

 Hi Friends,

There’s something special about this day, the quiet excitement, the glowing lights, and the feeling that time slows down just a little. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate the simple joys around us: being together, sharing kindness, and feeling at home.

As we prepare to celebrate, I hope your evening is filled with warmth, comfort, and moments that make your heart feel full. May this Christmas Eve bring you peace, gratitude, and the reminder of what truly matters.

Hope you have a cozy and joyful night. 🎄✨

Day 357 of 2025- Be Home

 Hi Friends,

I came across this quote today:

“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk  beside the fire: it is the time for home.”—Edith Sitwell, poet

It reminded me of the upcoming Christmas holiday. I love this time of year and truly believe it is a time to be home, a time for comfort, peace, good food, and warmth. My wish is for you to enjoy this holiday with all of that and so much more.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours. ✨

Day 356 of 2025- Short Week

 Hi Friends,

This Monday feels a little different in the best way. With Christmas coming up on Thursday, this week is shorter than usual, and the pace already feels lighter.

Short weeks have a way of shifting our mindset. They remind us to focus on what really matters, prioritize what needs to get done, and let go of what can wait. It’s a chance to finish strong without burning out, and to make room for moments of joy, rest, and connection.

As the holidays approach, this week is a bridge between productivity and pause, work and celebration, this year and the next. Let’s use it wisely, move with intention, and head into Christmas feeling grateful rather than rushed.

Wishing everyone a calm, focused, and festive start to the week 🎄

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 355 of 2025- Winter Solstice

 Hi Friends,

Today is the winter solstice where I am the shortest day and the longest night of the entire year. It marks the moment when the sun reaches its lowest point in the sky, and from here on out, the days slowly begin to grow longer again.

There’s something powerful about that. The solstice reminds us that even in the darkest stretch, light is already on its way back. It’s a natural pause point a time to reflect on what this year has brought, what we’ve learned, and what we’re ready to leave behind.

As the holidays approach and the year comes to a close, the winter solstice feels like an invitation: rest, reset, and remember that growth often starts quietly, beneath the surface. Just like the light returning day by day, small steps forward can lead to meaningful change in the year ahead.

Here’s to warmth, reflection, and the promise of brighter days.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 354 of 2025-Choose Wisely

 Hi Friends,

Saturday energy can make us feel like we have to say yes to plans, invites, brunches, events, and nonstop movement. But today is a good day to be more strategic with your yes.

Before filling your schedule, pause and ask yourself: Does this add to me, or take from me? Not every free moment needs to be occupied, and not every invitation needs an automatic response. Rest, space, and quiet are just as productive as being social.

Choosing intentionally doesn’t mean you’re missing out it means you’re protecting your energy. When you say yes from a grounded place, you show up better, more present, and more aligned.

This weekend, let your plans support the life you’re building, not distract you from it. Stay true to yourself, even on a Saturday and the holidays.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 353 of 2025- An Important Reminder

 Hi Friends,

Sometimes we want to say yes to a lot of things because of different needs, expectations, or pressures. Today, especially with the holiday season upon us, I want to remind you of something important: say yes to get-togethers with family or friends, and to outings, only if it truly feels right in your heart.

If something doesn’t align with you, it may not be worth it. Saying yes just because you feel obligated can pull you away from being true to yourself and your life. It’s okay to pause, reflect, and choose what genuinely feels right for you.

I hope this makes sense. A true CSO stays true to self. As the year comes to an end, remember that one of the most important things you can do is honor who you are and stay true to you.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 352 of 2025-A Little Motivation

 Hi Friends,

“If you live according to nature you will never be poor; if you live according to opinions, you will never be rich.” — Seneca

As the year enters its final two weeks, everything seems to slow down just enough for us to notice what really matters. The noise fades, grades, deadlines, expectations, and opinions that once felt urgent begin to lose their grip. Seneca’s words remind us that real wealth isn’t found in approval or comparison, but in alignment with who we truly are.

Living according to nature means listening to your values, your effort, and your growth. That mindset is what a CSO, a Chief Self Officer, is all about taking ownership of your choices, your discipline, and your direction instead of letting outside voices decide your worth.

These last days of the year are not about rushing to finish strong for others; they’re about finishing honest for yourself. You may not have everything figured out, and that’s okay. When you choose authenticity over opinion and lead yourself with intention, you step into the new year already rich in the ways that truly matter.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 351 of 2025- Winding Down

 Hi Friends,

As we wind down the year over the next two weeks, think about leaving out what is inessential in your life and focusing on what is essential. You only have two weeks left, so why not truly focus on what matters most to you. After all, you will never see this year again, and the way you finish it sets the tone for how you begin the next one.

Take a moment to pause and reflect on what actually adds value to your life. Let go of habits, distractions, and obligations that drain your energy or pull you away from your purpose. Use this time to reconnect with your goals, your relationships, and the things that make you feel grounded and fulfilled.

You do not need a new year to start fresh. You can start right now by choosing intention over noise and meaning over busyness. End this year with clarity, gratitude, and focus, so you can step into the next one feeling ready and aligned.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 349 of 2025-December Mid Point

 Hi Friends,

We are halfway through December, and this is a good time to pause and check in with yourself. The past two weeks have likely been full, busy, and maybe a little overwhelming.

How have the last two weeks been for you? What has gone well, even in small ways? What has felt heavy or draining during this time?

As the next two weeks approach and the holidays get closer, how can you prepare yourself, not just your schedule. What do you need more of right now, rest, boundaries, or presence? What can you let go of so the season feels lighter?

A little reflection now can help you move into the weeks ahead feeling more grounded and ready.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 348 of 2025- Truly Busy

 Hi Friends,

It has been such a busy day that I truly did not have time to decompress. After a long stretch of back to back meetings, it can be hard to truly unwind. That feeling of being overwhelmed can quietly build without you even noticing.

Sometimes the day moves so fast that there is no pause to breathe or reset. You move from one task to the next, carrying the weight of everything with you. By the time the day ends, your mind is still racing.

In moments like this, I remind myself that even a few quiet minutes can help. Taking a breath, stepping away, or simply sitting in silence can make a difference. The day may be busy, but rest still matters.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 347 of 2025- Sunday Nap

 Hi Friends,

How are you feeling this Sunday? I did not go to the gym this morning, but I feel great after sleeping for a full eight hours. It was much needed. I also woke up to a coating of snow this morning. What a beautiful Sunday. With the snow, it certainly feels like Christmas, and we are getting close.

Enjoy your Sunday and take a nap if you can.

Day 346 of 2025- Saturday Mode

 Hi Friends,

As we approach the holidays, if you are knee deep into the shopping mode, battling with long lines, parking far, and going from one shop to another, take a moment to pause. Realize that there can be joy in this.

Sometimes we get frustrated with all the crowds or finding the right gifts, but look around. Do you see everyone else in the same boat? Yes, they are. Look at the wonderful decorations and the holiday music playing. There is magic there, friends. So no matter how tired or frustrated you are, just pause, listen, and look.

Happy Saturday!

Day 345 of 2025- Rearranging

 Hi Friends,

This post is going to be very short.

I want to say that I am rearranging in many ways, mostly on the internal. In these last weeks of the year and the days left, I want to rearrange myself in ways I never thought imaginable.

What shifted?
I did.

If you feel it too, rearrange you.

Those that feel it will understand what that rearrangement looks like.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 344 of 2025- Happy Hump Day

 Hi Friends,

Happy Hump Day! ☀️

Here’s your midweek reminder that a great morning doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s as simple as taking a deep breath, stretching for a moment, and giving yourself permission to start fresh. Wednesdays are like a little checkpoint a chance to reset, refocus, and remind yourself that you’re already halfway through the week.

So pour your favorite drink, step into the day with intention, and celebrate the small wins you’ve already had. Even if the week has felt busy or a little chaotic, today is a new opportunity to find something good, something calm, or something that makes you smile.

Keep going, keep growing, and enjoy the middle of the week. You’ve got this and the weekend is already waving from the distance. Happy Wednesday!

Day 343 of 2025- Just Try

 Hi Friends,

“The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.” ~ Thomas Edison

As the year winds down and the holidays start creeping in, it’s easy to feel pressure to finish strong, to have everything figured out, to meet everyone’s expectations. But honestly? Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply try again.

Not perfectly. Not with all the answers. Just one more time.

Whether you're wrapping up goals, navigating emotions, or just trying to stay motivated, give yourself permission to take another small step. Progress doesn’t always look big or dramatic sometimes it’s just choosing not to give up today.

So as we head into the end of the year, keep it light, keep it gentle, and remember: success often shows up right after the moment you were tempted to stop. Just try once more. You might surprise yourself.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 342 of 2025- You Are Loved

 Hi Friends,

For anyone feeling a little lonely as the holidays and year-end approach, note that you are loved. It may be hard, but the sun will still be there tomorrow. Find one small thing to be thankful for, and look in the mirror and smile at yourself even if it feels silly.

Remember that seasons change, feelings shift, and you are allowed to take life one gentle step at a time. Reach out to someone you trust, or simply take a moment to breathe and exist. You matter more than you know.

And if today feels heavy, that’s okay. Tomorrow is a brand new chance, and you deserve to meet it with hope.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 341 of 2025- 3 Monday's Left

 Hi Friends,

Good morning and happy Monday! As we step into a new week, it is wild to realize there are only three Mondays left in 2025. Three chances to set the tone, push forward on something meaningful, and finish the year with intention.

Mondays often get a bad reputation. They can feel tired, rushed, and stressful. But what if we flipped that perspective? What if today becomes your reset button instead of your hurdle?

You do not need a huge plan or dramatic change. Even one small decision, choosing gratitude, tackling one priority task, taking breaks when needed, or approaching the day with curiosity can shift your week.

Think back to the weekend. Did you rest, recharge, or reflect? Now take what you gained, or what you realized you needed, and bring it into today.

Three Mondays. Three opportunities to build momentum, refine habits, and show up a little better than before.

So here is your reminder: You get to decide how this week feels. Lead with intention, stay present, and make today count.

How will you show up this Monday?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 340 of 2025- Make Sunday Count in 2025

 Hi Friends,

Yesterday, we talked about having just four weekends left in 2025 and making each day off truly count. Today is one of those days, a built-in chance to reset.

With only four Sundays left in the year, think about how you’re using them. Are you giving yourself space to unwind? Are you setting habits that help you start the week refreshed instead of rushed?

Sundays don’t have to be packed with tasks or pressure. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is slow down:
• reflect on last week,
• set one simple intention, or
• do something that restores you mentally, physically, or spiritually.

Small Sunday rituals can become powerful habits: a morning walk, journaling, meal prep, phone-free time, or even just a quiet moment to breathe. These little choices shape how you show up on Monday and beyond.

So as we count down these final Sundays, choose to use them with purpose. Let today be the start of a habit that helps you unwind, reset, and begin your week afresh.

How will you make this Sunday count?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 339 of 2025- Making The Last Few Weekends Count

 Hi Friends,

With only four weekends left in 2025 (including this one), it’s a great moment to pause and reflect. How are you spending your time away from work? And if you’re someone who works weekends, how are you using the time you do get off?

Weekends aren’t just days on a calendar, they’re opportunities. Opportunities to rest, reconnect, recharge, and refocus. Too often, we treat days off like leftovers, filling them with chores, scrolling, or simply letting them disappear.

But what if we made each one count?

Whether it’s spending time with people you care about, investing in your well-being, pursuing a passion, or simply giving yourself space to breathe, your time off matters. It shapes your energy, your mindset, and your happiness.

So as the year winds down, I want to encourage you: make every day off count. Don’t wait until January to live intentionally, start now. Small choices today can create a better tomorrow.

How will you spend your next day off?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 338 of 2025- Have A Good Weekend

 Hi Friends

We made it to the weekend, finally. After a long week of early mornings, busy days, and a lot on our minds, these next two days feel like a breath of fresh air.

The weekend doesn’t have to be anything big or fancy. Sometimes it’s just about sleeping in a little, grabbing your favorite snack, spending time with people you enjoy, or catching up on the things you’ve been putting off. However you spend it, I hope it gives you room to relax, laugh a little, and recharge.

Here’s to a good weekend you deserve it.

Day 337 of 2025- Its Cold

 Hi Friends,

It’s been cold lately, the kind of chill that slows you down, makes you pull your coat a little tighter, and reminds you winter has truly arrived. There’s something about cold weather that invites reflection; the stillness outside almost dares us to look inward.

Maybe this is the perfect season for the small things we keep postponing. When the world feels quieter, when the days are shorter, perhaps that is when tiny steps matter most. You don’t have to overhaul your life or rush toward something grand. Just choose one small thing you’ve been waiting to do and begin.

Winter has a way of teaching us that growth often happens beneath the surface, invisible at first but real and steady. So while the air is crisp and the pace has softened, use this time to act on the little things because those are often the ones that quietly change everything.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 336 of 2025- Act

 Hi Friends,

As we move through December, I’ve been thinking about how yesterday we talked about wishes, and today I want to explore what comes after them. A wish is a spark, a soft whisper of hope, but it becomes meaningful only when we are willing to act. We all have something we’ve been holding in our minds, whether it is a goal, a change we want to make, a conversation we need to have, or a promise we quietly made to ourselves.

Often we wait for the perfect moment, the right confidence, or a surge of motivation, yet life has a way of reminding us that moments become meaningful not because they arrive fully formed but because we choose to move.

So I invite you to reflect on one thing you have been thinking about that you could act on today, even in the smallest way. It could be sending the message you have drafted in your head, beginning the habit you keep imagining, writing the first sentence of something that matters to you, making the call you keep postponing, or finally speaking the truth you have rehearsed a dozen times.

The size of the action is not what matters; what matters is that it exists, that it signals to your life and to yourself that you are willing to show up for what you say you want. December may be brief, but so much can shift in thirty days when you decide to do instead of only hope. You do not need perfection or clarity to begin, only the willingness to take a first step, so ask yourself: What could you act on before the day ends, and what might change if you did?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 335 of 2025- December Wish

 Hi Friends,

If yesterday was about finishing strong, today I want to talk about wishing well.

Think of December like a candle on a cake singing softly, flickering in front of you, giving you a moment before you blow and make a wish. We don’t usually do that for months, do we? We blow out candles for years, for birthdays, for milestones. But months shape us too. So before this one disappears, I want to pause and ask:

What do you wish for yourself in these final 30 days?

Not the surface-level answer. Not the “be healthier, be happier” default. But the quiet wish, the one you almost don’t say aloud because it feels too tender or too bold.

As you step into December, here is my wish for you:

I wish you strength, not the loud, heavy kind, but the steady kind that keeps showing up.

I wish you courage to face what you’ve avoided, to step into spaces that stretch you, to say what needs to be said.

And I wish you dreams not just the ones you think are possible, but the ones that make your heart beat a little faster.

But this isn’t just my wish for you. This is your candle too. So ask yourself:

If December were a birthday candle, one last glow before the year ends what would you whisper into the flame? What do you want to welcome? What are you ready to release? What are you finally willing to hope for?

Maybe your wish is clarity. Maybe it’s peace. Maybe it’s momentum, forgiveness, closure, or a new beginning.

Whatever it is name it. Claim it. Don’t shy away from your own desire.

We don’t get to control everything that happens this month, but we can choose what we wish for and how we show up while we wait for it to unfold.

So before we say goodbye to this year, take one breath, picture that candle, and make your wish.

What do you want for yourself this December?
Because I’m wishing strength, courage, and dreams for you but only you can wish for who you are becoming.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 334 of 2024- Happy Last Month Of The Year

 Hi Friends,

Happy December!
We made it to the final month of the year. December is special every time it arrives, but this one, December 2025 is one we will never see again. That alone makes me pause. How does it make you feel knowing this moment, these next 30 days, won’t come back?

As I look back on the year, I feel a deep sense of gratitude. This year stretched me, humbled me, surprised me. It wasn’t always easy, far from it, but it opened my eyes in ways I didn’t expect. And even though I’m ready for a fresh start and a clean calendar page, I’m also aware that there are still 30 days left. Thirty days isn’t a throwaway. It’s a window. It’s an invitation. And I want to walk through it intentionally.

For me, these last 30 days are about ending strong. The strongest month of the year. I have a few goals I want to meet real, challenging ones and I know they’re within reach. It will take effort, discipline, and honesty with myself, but I also know what I’m capable of. There’s something powerful about proving to yourself that you can finish well, even when you’re tired or tempted to coast.

As you step into these final 30 days, I want to ask you:
What does finishing strong look like for you?
When you reach December 30th and you look back, what do you hope makes you smile?

Ask yourself some harder questions too the ones we usually avoid:

  • Is there a conversation you’ve been putting off because it feels uncomfortable or vulnerable?

  • What truth have you been refusing to acknowledge, even though you know it’s been trying to get your attention?

  • What habit or mindset do you need to let go of before the year ends so you don’t drag it into the new one?

  • What would your December look like if you showed up every day with intention instead of autopilot?

  • What would it look like to give yourself permission to end the year proud truly proud of how you carried yourself?

We can’t rewrite the past 11 months, but we absolutely can shape these next 30 days. And maybe that’s enough. Maybe that’s exactly what this December is offering us: a final chance to realign, reconnect, release, rebuild, or rest—whatever our lives are asking for.

So here’s to December.
Here’s to finishing strong.
Here’s to stepping into the new year already becoming the person we want to be.

You still have 30 days.
What will you do with them?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace
