Day 31 of 2026- January End

 Hi Friends,

Welcome to the last day of January. Thirty-one days of 2026 are now complete. Here are some end-of-month reflections for you. Take some time to step back and reflect on this month.

How has this month been so far?

What are some things you are grateful for?

What was unexpected this month, and how did you deal with it?

If you set resolutions for January, how did that go?

What do you need to leave behind this month?

What are you proud of?

Taking time to review the month is a useful exercise to help you learn and move forward.

I certainly hope you had a great month.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace

Day 30 of 2026-Almost End of Month

 Hi Friends,

We’re almost wrapping up January here with just one day left to go. Take a moment to think about how the month went. Was there anything you wanted to start but haven’t yet? If so, start today. Waste no time.

Sometimes we wait for the “perfect” moment, but there’s no better time than now. Even small steps count, and getting started is often the hardest part. Use this day as a reset or a fresh push forward, and carry that momentum into the new month ahead.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 29 of 2026-Small Tasks

 Hi Friends,

Schools continue to be closed, and I’m truly enjoying seeing my kids at home doing nothing. It’s fun to have them around more, and I’m making the most of it.

So how has your week been going so far? I’ve had a lot of small, annoying tasks that I need to complete. It’s one of those things where the tasks are little, but you just don’t want to do them, yet you know you have to. So today, my goal is to finish my annoying tasks and continue staying warm indoors.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 28 of 2026-Its Cold

 Hi.  Friends,

It’s truly been so cold where I am, extremely cold. The snow we had has now all turned into ice, and schools have been closed and will likely stay closed all week.

In times like this, I say to kids: enjoy these days off. They’re rare, so make the most of this downtime. Once you’re back in school, you’ll be wishing for days off again.

For those of us who aren’t fans of the cold, I say bundle up and stay indoors as much as you can. Days like this are also meant for us to spend time with ourselves and make the most of it.

And for those of you enjoying other seasons or warmer temperatures, enjoy the outdoors!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 27 of 2026- A Better Day

 Hi Friends,

A better day today, working through the smaller things but the morning was hard with deadlines that needed to be met. It made me realize that getting the hardest work done early is better for me, because it sets the tone for the rest of the day and makes the afternoon feel lighter.

Once I pushed through those tough tasks, everything else felt more manageable. There’s something powerful about starting strong it builds momentum, reduces stress, and gives you a sense of accomplishment before the day really gets going.

That said, everyone works differently. Maybe mornings aren’t your peak productivity time, and that’s okay. The key is knowing when you feel most focused and energized. Whenever that time is, use it to tackle the hardest thing first.

Small changes in how we structure our day can make a big difference. Listen to your rhythm, respect your energy, and give yourself permission to work in a way that actually supports you, not just what sounds productive.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 26 of 2026-The Quiet After The Storm

 Hi Friends,

The snow and sleet have ended, and it honestly looks so beautiful and cold outside. I will certainly enjoy working today while looking out my window, admiring the quiet stillness and the all-white ground.

It’s quiet out there. No one is really outside, and there’s a gentle sense of calm after the storm. Folks are glad it’s over, and now we can dig out and slowly head back toward some kind of normalcy though that will take a few days.

Although it is bitter cold, and I truly am not a fan of cold weather, there is something special about this time of year. It feels like a pause, a chance for renewal and resetting. Everyone is mostly indoors, the world moves a little slower, and I hope this is a time to savor the beauty outside, take a breath, and reflect on new beginnings.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 25 of 2026-Sunday Snow Storm

Hi Friends,

And the snowstorm is here. I woke up this morning to many inches of snow, and now there is sleet and freezing rain. It’s cold, but it looks so beautiful outside.

The grocery store shelves have been empty since yesterday. People were really stocking up and getting prepared. We all felt the need to do that.

Days like this remind me to slow down, stay warm, and appreciate the quiet moments. Whether it’s watching the snow fall, sipping something hot, or simply being cozy at home, there’s something peaceful about being forced to pause.

Hope you all have a great Sunday!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 24 of 2026- Saturday Winner

 Hi Friends,

What a great Saturday! I loved spending time with my kids. We tried a really good gelato place, and I loved it so much. I was a bit hesitant at first since I’ve been watching my health, but I decided to go for it. I had the smallest baby cup, about half a scoop, and it was delicious.

With such a busy week and preparing for the big snowstorm, taking a moment to savor that gelato felt great. It felt like a well-deserved pause. We all deserve moments like this, as long as they are within our limits.

Today was a complete win, and I intend to have most, if not all, win days this year.

Hope you find your own little win today, whatever that looks like for you.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 23 of 2026- Happy Friday

 Hi Friends,

I definitely wasn’t prepared for the kind of Friday I had, back-to-back meetings all day, and now my brain is completely exhausted. So I did the only thing my tired mind could think of: I stopped answering emails, left a few tasks unfinished, and walked away from my computer.

Sometimes, especially at work, no matter how much you prepare, unexpected things always pop up. And when it all starts to feel like too much, stepping away can be the best choice, at least for the moment. Everything will get my attention first thing Monday, when I’m “brain fresh.”

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 22 of 2026- Getting Ready

 Hi Friends,

The forecast models are starting to firm up, and it looks like we may actually be dealing with a major storm in the next few days. At first, everything felt all over the place, one source said one thing, another said something completely different. But now the predictions are starting to line up more clearly, and you can feel it happening. People are getting prepared, stores are getting busier, and the general buzz is definitely picking up.

I’ll be honest, I’m not one to panic, but I am someone who likes to be ready. So later today, I plan to start getting a few things together and making sure we have the necessities at home. Nothing crazy. Just the basics that make life easier if the power goes out or roads become unsafe. Water, some food, batteries, flashlights, and anything else we would truly need.

Storm prep is about having what matters so you can stay calm when things get unpredictable. And honestly, that idea goes beyond weather. Being prepared isn’t just for storms, it’s for life too. Having your necessities in place, staying grounded, planning ahead, and keeping your priorities clear helps you handle whatever comes your way, whether it’s a storm, a busy season, or a big goal you’re working toward.

Prepared is peace. Panic is noise.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 21 of 2026- Weather Forecasters

 Hi Friends,

The weather forecasters are truly funny. We’ve got a major storm supposedly headed our way, and every source has a different prediction on how it will play out. They’re all watching the models and trying to call it early, but some of these forecasts feel completely outrageous. Of course, as soon as people hear “major storm,” the panic starts. And honestly, I’m sure Costco has already run out of toilet paper… just saying.

As for me, I’m not running out to buy everything in sight just yet. It still amazes me how quickly people jump into panic mode. I get it, it’s smart to be prepared, but we’re still at least 3 to 4 days away from when this thing might actually hit.

So folks, don’t panic quite yet. Give it another day, see how the forecast evolves, and then make a plan. We’ll all be okay. That said, there’s nothing wrong with grabbing what you need, the basics and necessities, just in case. Prepared is good, panic is not. For your life too.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 20 of 2026- So Busy

 Hi Friends,

Busy week so far? I’m sure we all have work, kids, and family responsibilities weighing on us, and for some of us, it’s heavier than others. I know I’ve been especially busy with work lately. With this new role I moved into a couple months ago, it feels nonstop. There’s truly no breather. It’s been go, go, go with no real chance to pause and prioritize, because somehow everything feels urgent.

So how do you handle the constant motion with no pause? For me, the first step is simple: I step away from my desk as often as I can, even if it’s just for a minute or two. I take a breath and look at everything I have going on with fresh eyes. Then I do a quick mental inventory of what truly needs to be done today.

My priorities stay pretty clear. My kids come first, and making sure their needs are met always matters most. After that comes my health. Then work. Work won’t disappear, but I’ve learned that taking even a small moment to reset helps me focus on what’s next, instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything at once. And from there, I just keep inching forward until it gets done.

Hope this helps you.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 19 of 2026- A Holiday-Work Day

 Hi Friends,

Even though today is a holiday, I still chose to work so I could catch up and get things done. It ended up being one of those rare days where I finished everything I needed to without any interruptions—because everyone else was off.

And honestly, it was so nice not to be IM’d by the rest of the team all day. The quiet felt peaceful in the best way, and it gave me the space to truly lock in, focus, and be super productive.

Hope you can find days like this in your schedule.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 18 of 2026- A For You Sunday

 Hi Friends,

Some of the best Sundays are the ones when you truly dedicate the day to yourself. Today, I challenge you to do just that, this Sunday and every Sunday going forward.

Say to yourself: This is the day I am going to dedicate to me. Then truly stick to it by doing things that fill you up and make you feel like yourself again.

Whether it’s rest, a long walk, journaling, reading, meal prep, unplugging from your phone, or simply doing nothing at all give yourself permission to do what you want. You deserve at least one day a week that’s just for you.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 17 of 2026- Rest Up

 Hi Friends,

Happy Saturday, everyone! I hope your weekend is off to a calm and refreshing start. After a long week of responsibilities, deadlines, and nonstop moving, today is a good reminder that rest isn’t something you earn only when everything is finished. Rest is part of the process.

Take a moment to slow down and check in with yourself. If you’ve been pushing hard lately, give yourself permission to pause. Sleep in if you can. Drink some water. Step outside for fresh air. Put your phone down for a bit. Even small breaks can do a lot to reset your mind and body.

It’s okay if you don’t get everything done this weekend. You don’t have to be productive every second to be worthy of progress. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is recharge so you can show up stronger next week.

Have a peaceful Saturday, a rested heart, and a weekend that fills you back up.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 16 of 2026- A Note

 Hi Friends,

Happy Friday, everyone! I hope your first two full weeks back at work have been going well. Maybe they’ve been busy or challenging, but either way, I know you’re pushing through.

To help you keep up that momentum, here’s a beautiful quote I came across today from Angela Davis:

“Walls turned sideways are bridges.”

Every situation has more than one way to look at it. Every challenge you’re facing can be seen from a different perspective. And no matter what you’re going through, there is always a path forward.

This might just become one of my mantras for the year and definitely something I want to keep on a Post-it note where I can see it daily.

Day 15 of 2026- January Mid Month Review

 Hi Friends,

Here are are mid-month January: take a breath and check in with yourself. No pressure, just awareness. The goal is to reset and finish the month strong.

How are you truly feeling right now — mentally and emotionally?

How are your January goals going so far: what’s working, and what’s not?

What matters most for the rest of the month — what do you need to focus on or prioritize?

What is one simple action you will commit to every day for the rest of January?

Remember: you don’t need a perfect month, you just need a stronger finish.

As Marcus Aurelius once said, “You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 14 of 2026- Exhausting Work

 Hi Friends,

Working during the day is already exhausting. Whether you’re at a job, at school, or just staying busy with responsibilities, your brain is constantly “on.” You’re focusing, answering questions, completing tasks, and trying to keep up with everything that needs to get done.

If you’re working from home, it’s a different kind of tiring. You might not be commuting, but you’re still stuck in work mode all day. Sometimes it’s even harder to separate work and rest, because your room becomes your office, and your “breaks” don’t always feel like real breaks.

Then, when the workday ends, you expect it to finally be time to relax. You want to sit down and do something for yourself. You want that feeling of being finished.

But home doesn’t work like that.

There are still chores waiting. The dishes don’t disappear. Laundry doesn’t magically fold itself. The trash still needs to go out. Even small things like wiping counters or cleaning your room can feel huge when you’re already drained from the day.

The hardest part is that chores make it feel like the day never really ends. It’s like you worked all day just to come home and start a second shift. Even if you’re not doing homework or job tasks anymore, you’re still doing something that takes energy.

So whether you work outside the house or work from home, it makes sense if you feel tired all the time. It’s not laziness. It’s just what happens when you’re constantly responsible for everything, all day long. Hope you get a good nights rest!

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 13 of 2026- Waking Up In The Middle Of The Night

 Hi Friends,

So I have been waking up in the middle of the night. I am usually a very good sleeper and have no problem staying asleep, but too much work stress does that to you. So I am naturally more tired today.

It is honestly kind of funny though, because my brain chooses the most random time to wake me up. Not 6:00 AM when I actually need to be productive. No, it is always like 2:00 AM, as if my brain is like, “Hey, remember everything you need to do? Let’s think about it right now.”

Then I just lay there staring at the ceiling, suddenly convinced I need to reorganize my entire life, reply to emails that do not even exist, and come up with a brand new routine at 2 in the morning. The worst part is the next day when I am walking around acting normal, but I am really running on vibes and caffeine.

But it is okay. I am choosing to blame it on stress and not the fact that I overthink everything. Hopefully tonight I can go back to sleeping like a normal person because I really do not want a membership to the 2 AM Stress Club.

At this point, I just need my brain to stop being so motivated at night and save that energy for the morning.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 12 of 2026- Making It Through The Day

 Hi Friends,

Sunday did end up being a long day, and the moment I hit my bed I was out. Then suddenly it was 5:00 this morning and my body was awake before my mind was ready.

So now it’s Monday, and I’m already exhausted.

Not the normal “I need coffee” tired. I mean the kind of tired where even simple things feel heavy. The kind where you wake up and you can already feel the day asking for more than you have to give.

And honestly, it made me feel a little down.

There’s something about starting the week like this that messes with your head. It’s only Monday, and I already feel behind. I already feel drained. I keep thinking I should be more motivated, more productive, more ready. But instead, I’m running on low energy and trying to act like everything is normal.

Today I realized something important though. Some Mondays are not meant for huge wins. Some Mondays are just meant for getting through the day.

So I gave myself permission to take it slower. I didn’t try to fix my mood right away or force motivation to magically show up. I focused on doing one thing at a time. I focused on what was in front of me, not everything waiting for me.

Because showing up still counts, even when you are tired. Even when you feel a little off. Even when it is only Monday.

Tomorrow is another chance. But for now, I’m proud I made it through today.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 11 of 2026- Less Sleep Day

 Hi Friends,

Oh Sunday, and it’s a super busy one for me. Really busy.

I started the day with less sleep, so I already knew it was going to be difficult. You know that feeling when you’re tired before the day even begins? Yeah, that kind of Sunday.

So what do you do on a difficult Sunday when you already know next week is going to be super busy too? You take a minute and give yourself a pep talk.

Not the dramatic kind. Just a real one. The kind where you remind yourself that you don’t need to solve the whole week today. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to get through what’s next.

That’s what I kept telling myself. Don’t look too far ahead. Don’t panic about everything waiting for you. Just focus on the next step. What’s the next thing on my list? What’s the next thing I can finish? What’s the next task I can handle right now?

Because when you’re overwhelmed, thinking about everything at once makes it feel impossible. But when you shrink it down to “what’s next,” it becomes manageable. One small win turns into another, and suddenly you’re not stuck anymore.

So today I’m not chasing perfect. I’m not trying to be ahead. I’m just trying to get through the day one moment at a time, one task at a time, focusing only on what’s next.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 10 of 2026- 100% Rain

 Hi Friends,

So the weather forecast for my area is 100% rain, and I honestly love that for a Saturday, even though I have tons of errands to run. Rainy days make us want to sleep in, get cozy, and not do much, if anything at all.

Still, I found it really refreshing to step out this morning when there was a slight drizzle. The air felt cleaner, the streets were quieter, and everything looked a little softer, like the world hit a gentle reset button overnight. Even the usual rush seemed to slow down, and I didn’t mind it one bit.

I know rain can feel inconvenient, especially when you have a packed to do list, but today it feels like an excuse to take things a little slower. I’m going to run my errands, but without the pressure to rush. Maybe I’ll treat myself to a warm drink after, or come home and light a candle and just enjoy the sound of the rain tapping on the windows.

Some days are for sunshine and energy. And some days are for softness. Today feels like the second one, and I’m totally okay with that.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 9 of 2026- Happy Friday

 Hi Friends,

It’s certainly been a very busy week for me, as I’m sure it has been for you as well, but I’m glad it’s finally Friday. This week came with its fair share of challenges, deadlines, and long days, but it was also productive and rewarding in many ways.

Moments like these are a good reminder of how much can be accomplished with focus, perseverance, and teamwork. As the week comes to a close, I’m looking forward to taking a step back, recharging, and reflecting on everything that was accomplished. I hope the weekend offers you a chance to rest, reset, and enjoy some well-deserved downtime before the week ahead.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 8 of 2026-One Week In

 Hi Friends,

One week into 2026, how are you feeling?

The start of a new year always carries a mix of excitement and pressure. New goals, fresh intentions, and that quiet voice asking us to “get it right” this time. But a week in, this is your gentle reminder: progress matters more than perfection.

If you set health goals this year how’s that going? Have you moved your body, even a little? Chosen rest when you needed it? Nourished yourself in ways that feel supportive, not restrictive? Every small effort counts more than you think.

And if things haven’t gone exactly as planned, that’s okay too. One week doesn’t define your year. You’re allowed to reset, adjust, and begin again any day, any moment.

So check in with yourself today. How is your heart? Your energy? Your mindset?

2026 isn’t asking you to be flawless. It’s asking you to show up, one step at a time.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 7 of 2026- Happy Mid Week

 Hi Friends,

Happy midweek! I hope your week is going well so far and that you’re finding moments to enjoy yourself, in one way or another.

One of the great things about starting a new year is the reminders that show up at just the right time. Today, I came across this quote:

“Your path is at your feet whether you realize it or not.” — Agnes Martin

What a powerful thought. Your path this year is literally beneath you. Every step you take matters. Going to the gym when you don’t feel like it. Choosing to meet with people who uplift and support you. Showing up for your goals, even in small ways. Every action places another stone on the path you’re creating.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the big picture or unsure about where life is heading. But this quote reminds us that clarity doesn’t always come first movement does. You don’t need to see the entire road ahead. You just need to take the next step.

Keep moving forward. Trust that each choice you make is shaping where you’re meant to go.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 6 of 2026- Good Day

 Hi Friends,

Just wishing you a good end or a good start to your day wherever you’re reading this from. The beginning of the workweek can feel overwhelming. There’s usually a lot going on: emails piling up, deadlines staring back at you, and that familiar feeling of trying to catch your breath before the week really begins.

But take a moment to pause. Friends, we can do this.

We’ve been here before. We did this last year at the start of the year, and the years before that. We figured things out then, one task at a time, one day at a time and we’ll do it again now. You don’t need to have everything perfectly planned or solved today. Progress, not perfection, is what matters.

So go easy on yourself. Take things step by step. They add up more than you think.

You’ve handled hard days before, and you’re stronger for it. This week is just another opportunity to show up, try your best, and keep moving forward.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 5 of 2026-Monday Motivation

 Hi Friends,

As we begin this workweek, here’s a little motivation to kick-start your first full week back at work and into your regular routine.

“Discipline morphs into habit.” — Twyla Tharp

Getting started and staying disciplined may feel difficult this morning, and that’s completely normal. The key is to show up anyway. Choose discipline, even when motivation is low. As you push through this week and the next few, those intentional choices will begin to feel easier. Over time, what once took effort will become habit and that habit will carry you forward.

Start small, stay consistent, and trust the process.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 4 of 2026- Hello Sunday

 Hi Friends,

I came across this quote today:

“Saying farewell is also a bold and powerful beginning.”Aron Ralston

And it feels especially fitting for a Sunday.

Sundays aren’t just the end of the weekend, they’re a pause. A moment to reflect before a new week begins. As we transition back into a full week after the holidays, take today to do three intentional things.

First, reset your mindset, especially if you’ve been out of routine for a while. How you use today shapes how you show up tomorrow.

Second, think about the powerful beginning waiting for you this week. New weeks don’t start with pressure they start with possibility.

And third, say the farewells that are necessary to things, habits, and even people that no longer serve you. Not every goodbye needs to be spoken out loud or said to someone’s face. Some farewells are quiet, internal, and just for you.

Because sometimes, saying goodbye isn’t an ending at all. It’s the quiet start of something stronger.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 3 of 2026- First Saturday Of 2026

 Hi Friends,

There is something meaningful about the first Saturday of the year. It feels like a quiet reset before life speeds up again. Not a moment for pressure or big promises, but a chance to be intentional with how you begin.

This weekend is a great time to put up a few new habits. Not the kind that overwhelm you, but simple ones you can actually enjoy. Maybe it is starting your morning slowly. Maybe it is planning your week with clarity instead of stress. Maybe it is moving your body, reading, or creating space to rest without guilt.

At the same time, this weekend is also about taking things down. Look at what did not work for you last year. The habits that drained you. The routines that felt forced. The ways you kept saying yes when you needed to say no. You do not have to carry those into another year just because they are familiar.

Like decorations, habits can be seasonal. You are allowed to take them down when they no longer fit your life. Use this first weekend to notice what supports you and what weighs you down.

Put up what helps you feel grounded. Take down what does not. Let this weekend set the tone for a year built with intention, one small choice at a time.

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 2 of 2026- Taking It Down

 Hi Friends,

So today, while I was running a few errands, I noticed that many of the Christmas decorations were already coming down. There was something a little sad about it another reminder that the holidays are over. But almost immediately, I realized how temporary that feeling is. Before we know it, the year will fly by, and those same decorations will be going right back up again.

As I thought more about putting decorations up and taking them down, it struck me how closely this mirrors our own lives. Every year, we carry things with us habits, thoughts, responsibilities, expectations, and even emotional weight. Some of it serves us, and some of it doesn’t.

So here we are, on January 2nd. This is your reminder that it’s time to take down what you’ve been carrying from 2025 that no longer serves you. The stress you normalized. The doubt you allowed to linger. The habits that drained you. Just because you “put up with it” last year doesn’t mean it deserves space in the new one.

Like decorations, some things are only meant for a season. Take them down. Pack them away. Or better yet, let them go completely. Make room for what brings clarity, peace, and growth because what you choose to carry forward will shape the year ahead.

What are you ready to take down?

Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Day 1 of 2026- Happy New Year

 Hi Friends,

Happy 2026! Here you are at the start of a brand new chapter of your book. It is exciting, maybe a little nerve-wracking, and possibly filled with fear of the unknown. No one knows exactly what this year will bring, and that uncertainty can feel overwhelming. But when you combine hope, courage, and bravery with every small step you take, you are already setting yourself up for a year you will be proud to reflect on.

Today, let’s pause and enjoy the turning of a new subtitle in our lives. A fresh year is not just about new goals or resolutions. It is about presence. Start by being grateful that you made it here. Take a moment to acknowledge that you are still standing, still growing, still learning. And do not forget to wish yourself a happy new year. You deserve that kindness from yourself first.

Now, take an honest and open look at where you are today. Sit quietly with yourself and write down what comes to mind without judgment. You have grown in ways you may not even realize yet. Compared to 2025, you are not the same person, and that is something worth honoring. Write down how you have grown, whether it is through resilience, patience, confidence, or compassion.

Focus on the best parts of that growth. Look in the mirror and notice who is standing there now. Who is she or he compared to a year ago? What challenges were faced and survived? Wishing you peace and happiness from my heart to yours!

Peace
