How's it actually going? Not the highlight reel version, the real answer. Work, home, all of it. Are you feeling stretched thin or finding your rhythm?
Here's what I've been asking myself: What am I noticing? Maybe it's a pattern in how I respond to stress. Maybe it's realizing I've been putting something off that actually matters. Maybe it's just... I'm tired and need to admit it.
So before this month slips away, what's one thing you could adjust? Not overhaul your entire life. Just one shift that'd make the next two weeks better.
