Success does not always have to start big. Sometimes it begins with one small step, one good choice, or one moment where you prove to yourself that you can keep going.
That little success matters because it builds confidence. It gives you evidence that progress is possible. Once you experience even a small win, it becomes easier to take the next step.
For example, maybe you said you would go to the gym three times a week. And for the last two weeks, you actually did it.
That may not seem like a huge success, but it is. It is proof that you can follow through. It is proof that you can keep a promise to yourself.
Success usually grows through momentum. You do something small, you learn from it, and then you do a little more.
The first step may not change everything, but it can change how you see yourself.
And once you start seeing yourself as someone who can make progress, success becomes less about luck and more about consistency. So today, focus on one small win.
