This morning, I went for a walk before the day got busy, and it reminded me how powerful simple moments can be. The fresh air, the quiet, and the slower pace helped clear my mind in a way I didn't expect.
For a little while, the stress, deadlines, and endless to-do list faded into the background. It was a reminder that we don't always need a big solution to feel better. Sometimes, all it takes is stepping outside, moving your body, and giving yourself a few moments to breathe and reset.
