Its mid month review time. Think about how the month is going so far. Is there anything that you would like to accomplish by the end of this month?
How about reviewing any goals that you have or if you have had a stressful month, finding sometime to destress. How can you make time?
What about other activities that you can do to bring your stress levels down? Is there anything that you need to rearrange on your calendar?
The mid month review is to pause and see how the month is going and anything specific that you would like to see happen this month. Take sometime to journal and reflect.
