Day 271 of 2021- Tired day

 Happy Tuesday. Have you ever had one of those blah days. I usually feel that way when I have not had enough sleep. 

I was so tired this morning and did not feel like waking up but did and went to the gym. It felt great during and after but I am ready for a nap. 

What do you do when you have that blah feeling? You know when you just don't feel like doing anything or talking to anyone. I find it is important to know what's causing the feeling and then try to see if you can do anything about it. What are some of the things that you do?

For me, its the lack of sleep so I know that once I am caught up on my sleep, I will be feeling a lot more better and joyful. 

So over the next few days, I have to get all caught up and then notice how I feel.
