Day 247 of 2021- Try a new food

 Hello Friends! Hope you are enjoying the long weekend. For your something to think about this weekend, how about trying a new type of food? If you are away, that may be easier to do.

How about even something as simple as trying a new topping for your sandwich or asking a friend or family member to try something new. I know a lot of people resist and can eat the same thing everyday but try to switch it up and see if you like it. 

I consider myself a foodie and love to try new things but I also know a lot of people who prefer to eat the same and not try. I always suggest making one small change. It can also be trying a new ice cream flavor or a new topping. 

There are many ways to just a new food so if you are up to it, try something new this weekend. See if you like it and even if you don't give yourself a high five for even trying!
