Good Saturday morning! So I had a late night and was up very early morning thanks to my body's rhythm.
The plan for today and to take a nap. How many of you are nappers? I am not a fan of taking a long nap in the afternoon's on weekend but today will be an exception.
If you are tired and had a late night, think about taking a nap. It does not have to be long and even a short nap can be very helpful. You will likely wake up feeling more energized and able to stay up late tonight.
So today and maybe tomorrow will be nap days. Notice how it makes you feel and if it is something that you want to think about going forward on the weekends especially for the winter.
