Good early Saturday morning. I am up early as usual. Its interesting how the body gets into a rhythmic cycle that even on weekends I wake up early no matter how late I sleep.
Its actually great to wake up early even on weekends. I do tend to like the quiet time to myself. Something for you to think about is how you can wake up at a time where you get the time to yourself on weekends.
It does not have to be super early but a time where you can get at least an hour to yourself. It makes a huge difference in the way you feel and your energy levels.
So give it a try and see if it works for you. Notice the difference in how you feel.
