Good Evening! I wrote in my post yesterday thinking about goals for the 2 months remaining. There maybe some goals that you set at the beginning of the year or even in the last few months that you may have not started yet.
Today I want to expand on how you can set some small goals before you reach the big goal. There maybe some big things that you wanted to achieve but have not. Its important to be gentle with yourself at all times.
Write down 1 to 2 small goals that you know you can start now and then break them up into smaller chunks and set some timelines. More importantly, remember your why. Why did you set this goal and what is important about it. Why have you pushed it out and why is it important to start now.
The year is not over yet friends. We still have about 60 days or less to achieve what we want to do. Don't give up now, start now where ever you are.
Start small and take it one day at a time.
