It's May, 5 months into the year. Take sometime to reflect on how you would like this month to go. Think about your goals, what's working, what is not serving you and what you do you need to let go of. Really spend sometime to plan for your month.
Think about what you would like to write about at the end of the month and work backwards. Most importantly plan out the month so you make self care a priority and make sure to be gentle with yourself.
