Day 144 of 2022- Lunch relaxation

 Take a break for lunch today and just relax or go for a walk. We tend to work through lunch and its not good for us. Take a real break and go eat some wholesome food. Take some deep breaths and let go of your morning. 

Make it a priority to relax during your lunch time and walk away from your computer. Sit and put your feet up. Read a good book or catch up on the day's news but stop working for just the 1/2 hour or the hour.

You deserve a break!!
