Day 136 of 2022- Another week

 Here we are, the start of another week. Take sometime to review and reflect on what you have going on this week. How can you prepare for this week? Are there tasks that you can delegate or get help with.

A lot of times, I do feel that we want to try to do everything since we are the ones that have always done it. It helps to get the help that you need so you are not carrying such a heavy weight.

Try writing some positive affirmations to get you through the week as well. For me, it is "Be flexible, be open and don't take things so seriously".
