Day 249 of 2022- Tired morning

 Some mornings are just more tiring than others and today that is the way I am feeling. No gym today and work is just so busy.  It seems like an impossible next few months with so much to get through.

In days where you feel more tired, take extra care of yourself. Go easy and if you need to skip the gym then skip the gym. If things seem like a lot as they do for me right now, just remember that you will get through the temporary pain and at some point things will settle a little more. You need to keep being gentle with yourself and just prioritize what needs to get done. One step at a time, that's all we can do.
