When things get really stressful, I keep reminding myself to breathe. Sometimes it lessens the stress but I can back to really being stressed again. I notice and notice and notice and do everything I can to manage the stress.
So I guess whatever it is that you are feeling, the first step is to just notice and notice and notice it. Then maybe an answer may come.
