Day 263 of 2022- Can you take a power nap

 I was working from home today and right at 5:00pm after logging off my work, I went on the couch, turned on the T.V and took a power nap. That sure does feel good.

I slept for probably 20mins and when I woke up, I felt like just going to bed and sleeping a little longer but now its time for dinner. I feel a lot more refreshed now.

So no matter what you have going on, try to take a power nap and just see how that feels. You may feel a lot refreshed, ready to spend time with loved ones and make dinner or just order out.
