Day 39 of 2023-Take a few mins break

Its mid week and you are probably feeling stressed with work and home. Taking a few moments to just focusing on your breathing helps your brain calm down. Take a few minutes break today every hour if you can to just focus on your breathing and relax. You will feel a lot better when you get back to the things you need to.
